Cooking Academy is an ISO 9001:2000 certified institute. Cooking Academy is India’s 1st cooking art training centre which is ISO certified. Cooking Academy started in December 2006. It is training centre where the students can learn on different streams like dishes according to different state ,religion, festivals etc.Founder of the cooking academy Mrs Akanksha Rai (Academic director).She was assisted & encouraged by her husband Mr. Prasanna Rai (Managing director & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of cooking academy).Precious help & assistance provided by Mrs.Alka Gautam (centre head). Main vision of the cooking academy is to teach the cooking in easiest style, so one can make & prepare food tasty & easily. Main motto is to bring & create interest of women in the field of cooking art. The mission of academy is to bring new taste so the customer can get it from the academy, which in turn helps & force them to create new variations by themselves.

9. Phone facility- Students, who participate in any kind of course in the academy, can call up whenever she feels some difficulty in particular course, which she completed from the academy.

14. Hostel Facility-The academy caters to the needs of the students coming from all over India. We provide Hostel as well as the Mess Facility. The meals served are Indian type & pure vegetarian. The hostel has security arrangements 24 hours a day. A female person is present throughout the day to attend to the problems of the students. Emergency Medical Service is always available.

15. The language of instruction for all the classes is Hindi & English and all the demonstrations, notes and books are in simple and easy Hindi language.

16. For salad decoration and icing, there are small batches with students getting one on one personal attention and getting to do the things practically till they become perfect in it.

26. Now days no body wants to stand in kitchen for more then 1 hour so we designed all the courses in such way in which all the preparation time is 10 minutes & cooking time is 15 minutes of all the courses.

The entire staff was given orientation towards ISO Certification All the processes that were considered necessary for standardization were identified. Vision and mission statements were formalized with consent of everyone in the academy.

Essential steps were taken to bring in the requisite changes for the health of the organization. Due care was taken to incorporate Risk Management System for internal and external threats posed by various factors.

ISO Certification audit was conducted and ZQAPL (Zenith is accredited by Accreditation Service for Certifying Bodies (Europe) Ltd. - ASCB(E) Ltd, UK) certified the system. They are quality registrars who have assessed the quality system in accordance to the standard ISO 9001: 2000.

Long cherished desire to have a quality management system in place has further focused to align ourselves with the objectives set for continual improvement in the working of cooking academy. Results are thoroughly reviewed. Suggestions for improvement are circulated to the students & customers of academy.
